Join my weekly Kundalini Yoga class for a guided journey to explore your inner landscape. You will experience a wide range of tools such as pranayam (breathing techniques), Kriyas (or physical exercise set) and meditations that you can easily incorporate into your own practice. All classes general include a gong relaxation which helps restore the nervous system. And most end with a meditation if time allows.
These classes are designed for all levels. You do what you can creating room for increased awareness, flexibility and lung capacity.

Weekly: Wednesday, 5:30-6:45 pm & Thursday, 9:30-10:30 am
Monthly: 2nd Saturday, 8:15-9:15 am
Private sessions can also be arranged if you want a more personal guidance towards specific goals.
*Special group classes or workshops can also be arranged by request.
