Come try a yoga class at Moccasin Springs for a guided journey to explore your inner landscape. You will experience a wide range of tools such as pranayam (breathing techniques), Asana (physical postures) and meditations that you can easily incorporate into your own practice. Kundalini yoga classes general include a gong relaxation which helps restore the nervous system.
These classes are designed for all levels. You do what you can creating room for increased awareness, flexibility and lung capacity.
