From a two year devotional practice of Nichiren Shōshū Budhism her senior year of high school through freshman year in college, to participating in Native American sweat lodges and a year long apprenceship in Shamanic Journeying in her 20’s, to a three year non-denominational womans program called, Path of Ceremonial Arts devoted to our feminine wisdom in her 30’s, to a year long Kundalini Yoga and Mediation training in her 40’s that was stuped in Sihk traditions. All the while listening to and connecting with the wisdom of nature. She carries a wealth of knowledge and offers her clients a range of powerful tools for self-awareness & transformation.
