Heart pumping with excitement and a little trepidation, I boarded the plane for Scottsdale Arizona July 25th.
This was the first plane trip I journeyed on since I put everything on hold to be present with my dying mother a little less than a year ago and the first real adventure I’d embarked upon without a partner in over a decade!
Landing in a City with no one waiting on the other side to receive me was a little scary and… also empowering.
As I stood on the curb in 110-degree heat waiting for my Uber driver, I thought to myself,
“You’re really doing this Rajni, making bold moves toward the future you want.”
I knew before I made the decision to take the trip to the Purium Convention that I am fully on the right path. (It’s why I didn’t waiver as my Libra tendency would like to do.)
I already feel so aligned with the company and their values; it was clear that this was my next best step.
However having no idea of what to expect, leaving the comfort of the familiar and the safe haven of a small town to face being with hundreds of strangers was a little daunting.
Of course they weren’t really strangers...
These are some of the people I’ve been training with online for the past 7 months.
Getting to meet them face to face and in 3D rather than on a 2-dimensional screen was confirming!! They are the real McCoy, genuine heart-centered, self-aware, caring, non-judgmental and happy people.
I can’t say I didn’t have my moments of insecurity come up.
The parts of ourselves that still need tending will continue to show up until we give it what it needs. Spirit presents opportunities for us to face our next level growth.
The very cool part however is that, in this setting it is acceptable to fully show up as you are and is encouraged.
Hundreds of people from all sectors of society, cultures, religions, ages and styles coming together for one common purpose; Love for Humanity and for the Planet!
I am overjoyed!!
Even though many hadn't met before and we hardly knew one another...
people would introduce themselves, ask a thought-provoking question that may guide you to a deeperself-understanding, actually listen and give you positive encouragement, a smile, or just with neutrality do their thing.
In a world that can feel at times like it’s all going to hell in a handbasket, this Purium Community is a breath of fresh air, an inspiring and hopeful look into what is possible when we commit to health, honesty, self- reflection, personal growth and caring for others and our earth.
Indeed, I am in the right place
I am still processing all the wonderful nuggets from the Convention and want to share more...
But I'm already getting ready for my next big adventure!
I am heading out on an all womens raft trip on the Salmon River in Idaho for a total nature immersion. I will be completely offline Aug. 16th - 21st (with 2 travel days on either side).
I'm excited to share more valuable insights to help your health thrive when I return at the end of August...
so stay tuned.
